C300 Office

C300 Office is facility that belongs to Centrala office complex.

The C300 Office building, perfectly connected and located near the centre of Gdańsk, is located at Marynarki Polskiej Street, near the tunnel under the Martwa Wisła, which gives it excellent access to both the central locations of the Tri-City agglomeration and to nearby cities.
The body of the building, the materials used and the colour palette are inspired by the immediate surroundings and history of the place. The corten steel part of the facade relates to the vibe of the shipyard, while the glass rising from the massive foundation symbolises a transition from an industrial complex to a modern Gdańsk Central Service Strand.

C200 Office

C200 Office is the result of the largest revitalisation of an office building in Northern Poland serving shipbuilding structures for many years. It is a modern office building belonging to the Centrala office complex with a view of the shipyard areas.

The history of Gdańsk is very close to us, which is why we decided to give the modernized C200 Office a name referring to its many years of shipbuilding tradition and focus on the design associated with this unique location. The C200 Office located in the central part of Gdańsk was commissioned in 2016 to offer tenants 17,600 sq meters of modern office space located on 7 above-ground floors.
